Training for Schools
In 2016 – 2017 the Understanding Christianity resources were launched across the country with the vast majority of Leicester primary CofE schools accessing the training which is completing in autumn 2017.
There will be an opportunity to those who have completed their training this year to meet to discuss impact and share pedagogical ideas later in the year (dates below). However, we know that there are schools that have colleagues who need to be trained so we are offering the training again. All training is delivered by Fiona Moss from RE Today.
2016/2017 Users of Understanding Christianity Training Dates:
Wednesday 11th October 2017 (9.00am - 12:15pm) - Group A
Wednesday 11th October 2017 (12.45 - 4.00pm) - Group B
Friday 13th October 2017 (9.00am - 12.15pm) - Group C
Tuesday 24th April 2018 (1.00pm - 4.00pm) - Support and Sharing Meeting - All Group
A place will already be reserved for previous delegates on the autumn dates, with the fee already paid too but please book your place for the April meeting asap (there is no charge for the Spring meeting, but places are limited).

You can only access the resources by attending the training so if you want to expand the number of teachers in your school that are trained or are yet to access the training and resources then you’ll to book on to the complete programme below

** (please note this session is also suitable to governor / clergy etc, but only practitioners will receive the resource folder)
